While taking potassium citrate and drinking lots of lemon water to wait for kidney stone, 8mm, to come out, whenever exercising or more physical activity, it bleeds that the urine become pinkish or brown. Can I continue or better off being less active ? How long Can I wait before a procedure is deemed necessary ? Thanks, Peggy Lian
