While Taking Prednisone (steroids) For Inflammatory Disease, Will The Destruction

While taking prednisone (steroids) for inflammatory disease, will the destruction of the soft tissue still be visible on MRI, after taking the anti-inflammatory medication for two weeks before the MRI. I have a connective tissue disease (Psoriatic symmetric progressive arthritis).
