While Walking, I Suddenly Felt A Sharp Pain On The

While walking, I suddenly felt a sharp pain on the front, inner part of my knee last evening. It was a sharp pain with walking last night & ached @rest. Today it is not as intense. It is sometimes there with weight bearing & sometimes with lifting my leg. There is a little swelling at the site.
