Whilst Unattaching My 3 Week Olds Car Seat From Her

Whilst unattaching my 3 week olds car seat from her pram, my husband dropped it and she fell forward. She was strapped in and didnt hit the floor in fact she slept through it. She has since fed and seems normal but im worried the sudden forward jolt could have caused some damage internally
