White Streaks/patches On Orthopharynx, One Swollen Tonsil With Small Pus

White streaks/patches on orthopharynx, one swollen tonsil with small pus dot that seems to be slowly fading. Mild sore throat, occasional off and on fatigue. No fever. Been to the doctor twice. Started off with a z pack and upgraded to Amoxicillin. Doc didn't run any swabs/tests. Been on antibiotics and occasionally gargling salt water for going on 2-3wks.
