Why I Am Not Getting My Periods?

Hi I am using Copper T from almost last One and half years and never had any periods delay or any issues with it. But i have faced some issues from last two months. My date was on feb19, but I did not get my periods in March. But from March 3rd or so I have some spotting. I had sex around March 29th, but still next day i had spotting. Should I wait for some more time or immedeatly visit doctor. Please advice. I dont have children
