Why TSH Level Increases With Increase In Armour Thyroid Dose?

Hashimoto s disease for most of my life. Suddenly Grave s disease took over. Took RAI 131 to kill the gland but it did not stop functioning. Following year, thyroid cancer and surgery to remove the thyroid. 4 months ago while increasing my Armour Thyroid dose to 150 mg, my body became extremely hyperthyroid. Stopped medication complete for one week and began therapy again. One month ago TSH levels were 24.9 on a dose of 60mg. Increased to 90mg and this month TSH is 45.5. MRI shows pituitary malformation, but no tumor is seen. DHEA is 355 and Cortisol is 2 points high. Why would TSH levels increase with Armour thyroid dose increase?What else should my doctor look for as an explanation?
