Why Am I Bleeding With Clots After A Hysterectomy Long Back And Is My Current Treatment With Zannocine, Pause, And Bifilac Appropriate?

I had a hysterectomy surgery on 16th March 2021, but yesterday I was bleeding with clotted blood, why is that? Doctor said some infection and prescribed zannocine 400 and pause 500 and bifilac I take zannocine od 400 and pause 500 also bifilac
