Why Am I Experiencing Irregular Bleeding And Faint Pregnancy Test Lines Even Though I M Not Due For My Period?

I’m not due for my periods till next month as iv already ahah them I’m now bleeding again have been for 3 days now light then heavy lower back pains sometimes cramps done three pregnant test home ones all come back with one solid line am done faint line
