Why Am I Experiencing Irregular Periods With Minimal Bleeding And And Are Ovral G And Primolut-N Effective?

Hello I m 37 now from past two months I m facing period irregular problem with least bleeding I have gone through all the scan ultrasound n blood reports all are ok then why I m facing all this Dr prescribed me some hormonal tablet like ovral g for next 20 day Before that last month she prescribed me primolut for 25 days to reset the cycle What will I do plz help me out
