Why Am I Experiencing Mild Spotting After Taking Primolut N To Delay My Period?

Hi, i wanted to delay periods and as prescribed i started taking primulot n 3 days before the expected date, my date is 29 so started from 26, but today is 30 and i have very mild spotting of periods can you please tell me why and what i can do to stop it, as i came to another country for a very important prayer and cant miss it
