Why Am I Experiencing Scabs Inside My Ear?

I have treated the last week for a serve outter ear infecttion for about 3 to 4 days all I could do was throw up and occassionally drink small amounts of fluids now I m starting to experience scabs on the inside of my ear and I m guessn the inner ear is still swollen because my hearn is muffled I ve. Been useing the A/b optic drops prescribed whatdo I need to expect from here on out?
