Why Am I Experiencing Severe Ovarian And Vaginal Pain After Sex, While Having Ovarian Cysts?

Good morning doc in 2021 I was trying to conceive and was diagnosed with cyst on both sides my overies did an operation laparoscopy it was unsuccessful 2024 I m dealing with pain very bad when I have sex after it like the next day it feels like something wanna come out of me & I can t walk for 24hours my ovaries are paining I have pains in my vagina
