Why Am I Experiencing Significant Hair Thinning, Hair Fall, And Dry Split Ends, And Is It Safe To Take Follihair Tablets For This?

Hello, my concern is my hair, from past few month I can see my hair go thin and light. They used to be very heavy, healthy and thick. But I can see hair fall I almost more than 100 strand a day. Hair is always while washing, oiling, brushing etc. they do tangle a lot and have my split ends and dry ends. I can see scalp lines on sides and back. Especially when I tie a ponytail hair pops from sides. I fear brushing them daily, put any hair product as hair bands or hair colors etc. my dad in the field of pharmaceutical suggested me follihair tablets, but I’m concerned with its pros and cons. Also I wanted to trim my hair but I fear what if I go bald and never grow hair back again. Hope I could have a nice suggestion. Thank you
