Why Am I Experiencing Vomiting 5 Days After My Period, Despite Having Regular Cycles And Previous Nausea 10 Days After My Last Period And Intercourse?

Hi, I m recently married in May 4th I used aa medicine for postpone the period after that my periods comes as same date and next I have nausea and vomiting and vomiting sensation after 10 days of periods and interaction and this month my periods come on June 13th but after 5 days of periods now I m vomiting why please tell me the reason
