Why Am I Falling Over Many Times?

I am 52 with a history of chronic migraine, including baselar artery. I have GERD. I have aortic valve insufficiency due to the following: a congenital defect that shows 2 flaps instead of 3; scarring from inflammation due to a virus. My blood pressure is under control because I take both a beta blocker and an ace inhibitor. My other daily medicines include protonix 40mg, topomax 50mg twice a day, and cymbalta60mg. I have lots of pens. I have 2 unrelated questions. 2 months ago I started falling for no apparent reason. I have fallen over 10 times and I don't know why 2nd issue A couple days ago I notices small round bruises on my arm. I have 7 on my right Arm and a couple on my left... A few of them are in places that it doesn't seem likely to have a bruise for the conventional reasons.... A ny thought, recommendations or clues....
