Why Am I Feeling Fatigued, Nauseated With Dizziness?

I am 31 female and for the past 6 months I feel fatigued breathless and nauseated,and very anxious for the first 4 or 5 hours after I wake even dizzy.....but after the first part of the day when it gets to be afternoon i feel ALOT better but very tired
