Why Am I Getting Open Blisters On My Tailbone?

I have what looks like an open blister on my tail bone. The first time I got one I had been rising ATVs all day so I assumed it was a saddle sore. But now I have another and I did fall but I am not sure. I don't use a wheel chair nor am I bed ridden.. is there any other reason I could be getting these?
