Why Am I Getting Wired Sensation On Breast After Silicone Breast Implants?

I had silicone breast implants in 2007. A few nights ago after exercising, I felt a weird sensation in my right breast after taking off my bra- almost like a pulsating or pulling feeling in the implant. It still bothers me 3 days later-especially when i bend forward to tie my shoes, etc. It feels like I almost adjusted the implant (its under the muscle)- is that possible? Or could I have ruptured it? I had a mammogram just last summer in 2010 and everything looked okay then. Im only 34 and very healthy otherwise- please help, Im very scared!
