Why Am I Having A Dull Ache Near My Ovaries?

had a smear test in november, slight abnormality found, due back in may

i have had slight pains where my ovaries would be, pain is not too noticable in the mornings but increases as the day goes on. pain would be on both sides. the pain would not be too bad, doesnt stop be doing things or sleeping but feel a dull ache

no change in weight, perriods normal 6-7 days.

would this be an ovarian cyst
