Why Am I Having Left Lower Abdominal Pain Hours After Passing A Swallowed Pin In My Stool?

I had ingested a pin three days before. I was admitted in the hospital. Today it came through stool in the morning. I was discharged from the hospital in the afternoon. I am having pain in my left bottom abdomen after 4 hours of getting discharged.
