Why Am I Having Mild Fever And Swelling In Feet Post Unprotected Sex?

Hi doc,
I had unprotected sex with my fiance on 19th Feb and immdately took unwanted 72...my period date is 8 March...but before one week I got something thickl material coming out from my vagina...and just some drops came for four days...but today I m feeling very low and my feet got swelled..I am feeling little fever..am I pregnant??
