Why Am I Having Pain During My Period While Passing Stool And Urine?

hi i am zer i am 36 .i am suffering from endometriosis since 2 years In august 2009 i was diagnoised for ASCUS for which treatment was done my HPV DNA test was negative my COLPOSCOPY was also normal.but my mensus problem is the same .After normal and painful discharge for 6 days i get brownish discharge for another 4 to 5 days now since 5 months again i have started a course with a gynic she has given me DANAZOL and DUOLATEN L for one month then DANAZOL and DEVIRY 10mg in second month then GINETTE 35 ,DEVIRY 10 mg and HYPONIDD for third month but yet i have pain during my menses specially while passing stool and urine Please guide me for the proper treatment
