Why Am I Having Severe Abdominal Pain?

Please type your query here...i had this horrible pain exactly 1 day before starting my period & it lasted for about an hr...my whole abdomen cramped up to where i couldn't stand, sit, lay down everything hurt. i thought i had a cyst burst & then exactly 3 weeks later, it happened again but not as intense..my doctor thinks it's Middelsmertz
