Why Am I Not Able To Breath Properly And Feel Sick?

For the last few days im not feeling good.I am very sick inside. I can’t breathe properly. it takes 6 seconds to take the breathe inside. Something is happening inside my head & I don’t feel good when im outside the house. I suffer from bad headache also.Today I saw blood with caugh.Actually its not rare for me.It always happens when I suffer from bad cold.In the morning I feel terribly bad because of the throat pain.Few days ago when I was in bogra I felt pain in my back (up side).I feel like fever inside.what is the sollution to these?
