Why Am I Not Able To Reach Orgasm During Intercourse?

hello. i am a 46yr old woman that still hasn't had an orgasm. the partner i am with is attentive and am very content with him, i seem to have a small clitoris.. i do enjoy sex but would so like for both of us to achive the goal. we have tried a bullet...but that didn't work either... please can you advice me...
