Why Am I Not Getting My Periods?

hi,i got married on 26th jan,we had intercourse on 17th of march as i was expecting my ovulation that day,till now i did not get my periods,my periods are regular with 28 days gap,i did two beta hcg levels out of which both are negative,i havent got my periods yet,kindly advice
