Why Am I Not Getting Pain Or Fever With Herpes?

Im Asian, 34yrs, 71kg, 164cm. Non diabetic, yet I had asthma. I feel less pain than others and this worries me. Once I took 4 tooth at the same time and still can continue working, yesterday I had herpes which usually (doctor said) I should be in high fever and had pain, yet.. I feel nothing, only itches on the spot. What condition I might had?
