Why Am I Still Having Red Rashes On My Left Thigh Despite Taking Anti-allergics And Lotions?

Hi, this question is for Dr. Rahul Kumar, Dermatologist who is doing my treatment since last 1 month. Hi Doctor, I am still suffering from rashes on skin, mainly my left thigh region. So many high red spots are visible despite taking anti allergics and 3 different lotions. My data is in my previous consultation. I am attaching 2 pictures for your kind perusal.
