Why Am I Still Not Getting My Menstrual Bleeding While On A Course Of Progyluton?

Hello, i am taking progyluton to regulates my period, 1 already finished the second tablet 21 days and 7 days free, it is already 29 days of my cycle but still no bleeding..2, 3 days before i start having crampes and bleeding spotting light brown and light red very light and little amount. Not like periods.Can you please advise what it is? Can i be pregnant? How long can i wait for period to come? And if it doesnt come can i be pregnant?
