Why Am I Still Spotting Daily For Months Despite Having The Mirena Inserted?

Hi Dr I am 33 yrs of age and I am having a problem with my periods I spot through out the month after my monthly periods. That means I bleed the whole my I have been to the gyno for almost 2 yrs n iam not getting help now I have inserted mirena n it s been 4 months now can u please assist I really need help
