Why Am I Bleeding After Scratching The Vagina?

im 24 and i while i was fingering myself about a week ago i scratched my vigina , it bleed for about a day then it stopped.after two days no bleeding at all my vigina bleed again for about an hour, red blood, and then again the day after that. The blood was much less the next day and it was browinsh. What should i do?
