Why Am I Feeling Pressure On The Right Side Of The Head?

hi i got hit in the head with a 10 ft. metal pole in the back of the head 2 days ago and it didnt really hurt when it happened but since about 30 minutes after if happened till now i've felt alot of pressure on the right side of my head what does it mean?
