Why Am I Getting Coital Headaches And How To Avoid These Headaches?

28,5'6,125lb,occasional migraines, however more recently in the past year i have slowly started to have more frequent explosive, or sudden onset coital headaches. these have become more frequent and worse with each occurance, the do not happen every time i have sex but can also occur after masturbation. would you have any advice on avoiding these, better diet, weight gain, what am i doing wrong in my daily activities that may make these less frequent.
