Why Am I Not Able To Hear From My Right Ear?

hi, i couldn t hear out of my right ear so i went to my doctor. my doctor said that i have an ear infection and took amoxicillin but i still couldnt hear well. So i went to the doctor after i took all of the medicine, then he told me that i had fluids in my inner ear and there is nothing he can do. i waited about 2 weeks and went to a different doctor. He said the same thing how there were fluid in my ear and gave me ear drops called Ciprodex. Eve since, i started to hear heart beat like pounding in my ear. i sometimes stop and starts again. When i exercise the pounding gets really loud. My hearing is getting better but the pounding is still there. :( what can i do to get rid of this annoying pounding in my ear?
