Sir, my pt. name NARESH Agrawal aged 40 year had been assaulted by some person on 17-09-10 there after he devolploped loss of movement in left upper and lower limb for that he was admitted to ram krishana care hospital raipur under the treatment of dr. s.n. madharia m.ch. initial C.T. show infact involving rt. parital region & sonography of neck show contusion of carotid artery . he in hospital since 17-9 with out any improvement can you guid us in such situation and plz. Also tell me the possible prognosis & approximate period of stay required + total cost of treatment.
