Why Am I Not Feeling Any Taste For The Food?

Since last night at dinner each bite of food tastes like the food is spoiled and I cannot taste the food I am eating. I feel fine and have not been belching nor do I have sinus drainage. I took an Alleve at 2:30am this morning for wrist pain that woke me up(assume I slept on it wrong since it was fine when I went to bed).

Any ideas?
