Why Am I Not Getting Relieved From Pain After Taking Paracetamol?

hi, I am about to give up and keep on taking 6000+mg of paracetemol like I have been doing every day but there has to be a way of releiving this pain without this much paracetemol? I currently have the 12 tablets of panadol a day 6-12 asprins per day, sm33 gel and lignocaine jelly along with some ibprofen with codiene. I thought all of these combined would stop the pain but it doesnt and I cant sleep. please give me some usefull advise as my last resort is to break-in to the dentist and get some local anesthetic but dont want to go to jail at the moment.
