Why Antiseptic Lotion And Soap Cause Boils On My Skin?

hi. i have the same problem from dettol .. when i use dettol shop for bath or any dettol product on my hands manyu small boils on next morning. that are very itching .. my hands going very hot. (cause from dettol or any antiseptic lotion) please tell me the right medicine or any other precautions...
