Why Are Folinine And Duphaston Prescribed During Pregnancy?

Hello I am 7 weeks pregnant & I am currently taking Folinine once a day & Duphaston & Lupigest 200 twice a day. I have been told to take these tablets for the first 3 months of my pregnancy. I would like to know more about what they are for & if there are any side-effects to taking them
