Why Are Losacar And Nebistar Prescribed?

I was hospitalized 2 days back. CT scan, random blood sugar is 106, tropalin T is negative, got three stitches on my head. Discharged after 24 hours observation. I intake medicine Losacar H & Nebistar 5 mg for BP. Is it for HT or stroke? Local doctor prescribed me clopitab 75 mg and Betalac 50 mg.
