Why Are Hemoglobin And Platelet Levels Still Low 22 Days After A Haplo Bone Marrow Transplant?

Hi. What could be the reason that the patient still has very low levels of hemoglobin and plateletes count 22 days after haplo bonemarrow transplant? Wbc and neuts are going up very slowly with g-csf injections. Could tbat mean that the transplant failed?
