Why Are My Ears Closed And Painful?

Hello Doctor, I m from Mangalore. 2 year back I had severe cold and there was bleading from my right ear. now both the years are paining and i went to the doctor he gave me otogesic ear drops and he said there is wax inside. we have to remove it. But I didnt go for the next visit. now both my ears are closed and I could not hear properly and also my head is also paining now. I'm confused and afraid to go to the doctor.
