Why Are The Hair On The Reddish Patch Near My Ear Turning White?

hi doctor i have one patch near my ear its is for long 9 month but it didnt spreead it will spread or not my hair near toear also become white and iam using now medicines now the spot is reddish and the hair is still white does it will be black or not
