Why Are Vaginal Pills Dropping In My Panties?

I used pregnacy strip on d 18days of my affair wit my boyfrnd,firstly d result showed me a faint line ind d test line so I used 2 cytotec orally and inserted three.but there was no bleeding,so I did d test today agin abt 2 times and there was no faint line,and those pills I inserted are droping in my panties.what could d problem be
