Why Are White Hair Regrowing After Removing Them Using A Cream?

i am 30 year old man and i am a personal trainer and due to some pic i have cleaned my chest hair for 4 to 5 time with hair removal cream but know in 1 year there is lot of white hair come and because of that i am losing my confidence . is there is any why to do chest hair become black.
