Why Bleeding Is Delayed After Taking MTP Kit?

i had taken mtp abortion kit after 3 weeks of pregnancy..initially i had cramps in my abdomen but i faced no bleeding..it has been 4 days and i still not having any bleeding.. symptoms of nausea and constipation are gone..what should i do now??? m i still pregnant?? please help
