Why Bleeding Not Initiated In The First Hour Of Taking Mifeprestone?

Hi, Myself is 32 yr old female, I found myself positive for pregancy by kit. As I needed to abort this I have taken mifeprestone 200 mg (Zudus cadilla) today morning at 9.30 AM. But, the symtoms of bleeding or any other are not started yet which is expected in first hour as indicated...i am confused and halted..kindly assist..(History-Had same issue before 4 year)
