Why Body Temperature Changes Frequently?

I feel fine otherwise, but my body temperature today has been hot and cold in minutes. I am on wellbutrin, yaz and a multivitamin. I've been on these for a while and have not had a problem with any of my meds. I would say I'm in good health overall. Any ideas why my body temp is changing so much today?
