Why Can’t I Grow Much Facial Hair At 19 While Others My Age Can, And Is There Anything I Can Do About It?

Hey, I know this isn t an urgent question but it s something related to my body that I m really self-conscious about. Like I m 19 and still cannot grow barely any facial hair, while many of my friends around my age can and I really want to too. Any thoughts on this?
